The ZKST350 double-row pressure wheel die-cutting machine is an intelligent cutting device focusing on high efficiency and precision. With a double-row pressure wheel design and camera automatic positioning technology, it is a powerful tool for processing materials such as self-adhesive labels and PVC stickers. Equipped with a CCD high-definition camera for fully automatic contour cutting, it offers three positioning methods (QR code, dot, right angle) to accurately match processing files, eliminating the hassle and errors of manual plate alignment.

In terms of operation, it supports WIFI wireless connection and file retrieval by scanning codes, and the 4.3-inch LCD touch screen makes the operation process more intuitive, even for beginners to master quickly. In performance, the 2000g super pressure can easily cut 450gsm thick materials; the ±0.01mm cutting accuracy combined with a 1000mm/s cutting speed balances fineness and processing efficiency, and the 0.082mm repeat accuracy ensures the consistency of multi-batch products.

With a compact body of only 700×425×310mm and a net weight of 34kg for easy movement and placement, it is compatible with all Windows systems and various design software, and can be flexibly adapted for small-batch customization in graphic shops or large-scale production in processing plants.
