The ZKSVD600PRO_RL is an upgraded high-end die-cutting machine , featuring core adsorption wheel indentation and suction-type fully automatic paper feeding technology. It not only effectively eliminates static electricity and avoids double-sheet feeding issues, but also holds up to 1000 sheets at a time, maximizing the efficiency of large-batch processing. With a super large media width of 650mm, it adapts to various materials such as self-adhesive stickers, coated paper and PVC; 3000g pressure cuts 600gsm thick materials, and a 1600mm/s cutting speed balances efficiency and productivity.

Equipped with a 5.0-inch LCD touch screen, it supports WIFI, USB and network cable connections—one machine can link multiple computers, and USB flash drive offline operation is also easy to achieve. The dual Roland cutter heads plus CCD camera for fully automatic positioning, with ±0.01mm cutting accuracy, can precisely cut personalized business cards, special-shaped cards and cartons, and full cutting, half cutting and indentation can be completed in one go. The high-speed servo motor ensures stable operation, making it a professional-grade cutting solution for personalized customization in graphic shops and large-scale production in processing plants.
