Boasting a 1000mm maximum media width and 850mm cutting width, it handles large-format materials with a 700mm/s cutting speed, while delivering ±0.01mm cutting accuracy and 0.082mm repeatability for flawless intricate cuts—ideal for PVC adhesive, hollow plates, and reflective film processing.

Its 2000g super cutting force enables seamless cutting of extra-thick roll materials, a key advantage for diverse industrial applications. The built-in camera enables fully automatic positioning, paired with 10-meter deviation-free automatic correction for large-format designs, eliminating manual errors and boosting workflow efficiency. Equipped with a 5-inch LCD touch screen, WiFi/USB/UDisk connectivity (WiFi optional), and Roland blades, it offers intuitive operation and flexible data transfer.

Powered by an ARM smart dual-core chip and micro-step subdivision motor, the ZK1000 ensures stable performance, with unlimited cutting length to meet bulk production needs. It supports CDR/AI/PS, Contour, and Signmaster software, and all Windows systems, integrating seamlessly into existing workflows. With a working temperature range of -5°C to 35°C and 100-240V adaptive power, it suits global factory environments.
