The ZKD1000 Roll-to-Roll Cutting Machine features camera automatic positioning and a dual-knife head carriage, delivering precise cutting for crystal labels, PVC stickers, car decals, magnetic stickers, and light box materials. With a max media width of 1000mm and cutting width of 700mm (unlimited length), it achieves ±0.01mm cutting accuracy and 0.082mm repeat precision, ensuring flawless results for custom decorative and industrial applications.

Boasting 2000g super cutting force and a max speed of 700mm/s, this machine handles thick and tough substrates with ease. It completes half-cut, full-cut, crease, and cutting processes in one pass, streamlining production workflows. Equipped with a 5.0-inch LCD touchscreen, stepper motor, and Rowland blades, it offers intuitive operation and durable cutting performance.

Supporting USB, U-disk, and WiFi connectivity (optional), the ZKD1000 enables seamless file transfer and remote control. Compatible with CDR, AI, PS, and Signmaster software (optional) and all Windows systems, it integrates easily into existing workflows. Compact (L1250×W600×H1100mm) and energy-efficient (<100W), it suits small to medium workshops and operates on 100-240V power (50/60Hz), making it a versatile, all-in-one solution for diverse cutting needs.
